Shipping policy

We are committed to efficient order processing, ensuring all orders are shipped within 24 hours and exclusively within Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Express shipping usually arrives within 1–3 business days, depending on location. 

Please verify your shipping address on the order confirmation to prevent errors, as we cannot make changes once the order has been shipped.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of reshipping. All packages are discreetly packed and include a tracking link. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5-7 business days, please check your tracking number, which can be found in your inbox or spam folder.
