Peptique — Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What are Peptique products intended for?

Our peptides are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and development use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and no therapeutic or medical claims are made.

Do I need a prescription to purchase?

No. Because Peptique products are not therapeutic goods, no prescription is required. They are available to approved research customers only.

What purity are your peptides?

All Peptique peptides are produced to pharmaceutical grade standards with ≥99% purity. Every batch undergoes independent analytical testing, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available to verify quality.

How should I store peptides?

Lyophilised peptides should be stored in a sealed vial in a cool, dry environment. For maximum stability, keep at –20 °C. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated at 2–8 °C and used promptly within your research protocols.

Do you provide usage or dosing instructions?

No. As our products are sold strictly for research purposes, we do not provide dosing, application, or usage guidelines.

What is your returns and replacement policy?

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days and we will arrange a suitable resolution.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide only, using secure, trackable delivery methods to ensure safe arrival.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 1–3 business days, depending on location.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. We provide wholesale pricing and bulk supply options. Please contact our team directly for tailored quotes and availability.

How do you guarantee quality?

Every Peptique product undergoes strict quality control protocols before release. Identity, purity (≥99%), and consistency are verified through validated testing methods, with full documentation available on request.
